Hi, Cindy, I think I'm one of those people who are bewildered when they read
manuals. Of course, it's rotten when I'm feeling bewildered (which I confess
to feeling right now). The comforting thing about this situation is that I
know other people have experienced the same thing as me and have had to
overcome stuff so they could be excellent at what they are doing. Regards,
Kim.

a Hearty welcome, Melinda.

There is a manual that you can read to get you started. I've been
volunteering for several years but only recently read the manual, since I
thought I knew what was in it, Tb I did learn some new things. However, I'm
the kind of person that if I were new and read it I'd be overwhelmed. What I
would do, I'd read one section at a time, and then read just the part that
pertained to me, i.e., if I were going to scan, I'd read that section--and
then I'd probably start and if I had a question I'd go back to the manual
and look for the answer, and if that didn't help, I'd ask here on the
list.--but that's just me, because I get intimidated by lots of insttructins
at one time. smile
