Thanks for that suggestion -- it really does help if volunteers use a separate
channel of communication when they have questions or comments for staff -- the
lists are great but not as efficient to navigate.
In general I keep an eye on the posts but have to prioritize my direct mail.
Jim, since this message did catch my eye on the list I went ahead and forwarded
it to our Publisher Liaison.

Hi, Jim. I love your idea. Did you know you'll get better results for things
like this if you write to Bookshare staff? This list is mostly read by
volunteers, not the people who can act on your idea. How about sending this
exact message to volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx so Pavi can pass it along to the
person who handles procuring publisher content? Robin is a really cool
person, and I know she'll give your idea the attention it deserves. She's
just not on this list and won't know about it unless you write to Bookshare.

I very much like the Dummies series John Wiley and Sons puts out. They also
do a great job on technical material. What is the process for seeing if
they can be added on as a PQ supplier?
