I kind of learned to use Omnipage just by using it, but I know you can train it to recognize certain characters for what they are. But it's also different for each book. I try to set up a training file for each book because of the different fonts and things that are used in different books. I do not know if you can train it to know what is text and what is graphics, or what is a table. I have just found that the extra couple minutes it takes to tell it what is what is a lot faster than cleaning up the mess if I let it decide it on its own. I can also get rid of headers a lot faster that way too, but not even having them recognized. If your wife finds any good tips I'd appreciate learning them as well.
