Gustavo querries the database, then sends Jake the information in an e-mail.
Jake cleans the info up and posts it to his site.

Hmmm, I guess I'd still like to understand how Jake builds those lists. How
does he get the info to know which book goes in which list? How does he
know which books are in the admin queue? How does he know which books are
out for editing?
I don't see any source for that on the BookShare site.
