Many thanks to Lissi for sending me a copy of Lipton Creative Cookery to scan
and send up for her. Although it is over 20 years old, there are some FABULOUS
recipes and timeless classics. Obviously working from powdered soup mix most
would be slightly higher in sodium if you have to watch that, but I promise
your mouth will be watering as you read over 120 recipes.
My current project is "Real Food for People With Diabetes" which Monica scanned
and I am proofing. It should be another wonderful addition to the Bookshare
collection. Cookbooks are definitely a labor of love and I know that everyone
involved is thrilled when they are completed.
