Hi Susan, Evan and everyone!

Yes, the margins on the large print book I scanned was roomy near the gutter, which made the scanning very easy. No words got cut off, and there weren't the junk characters that appear with margins that are stingy.

Lissi and I have added several large print books to the collection. Large
print here means around 16 point, which is what I've seen on the copyright
pages of some of them, so it's not extremely large. Books with this size
print scan very well, often with resolution dropping to 200dpi when
optimized with my K1000, which allows them to be scanned faster than normal.

They have more pages, but their margins tend to be wider as well, so I
actually like scanning them because they give very clean and fast scans.

Evan
