Hello,
I just released "Teacher Tested Classroom Management Strategies" by Blossom
S Nissman because the table of contents is jumbled as though the submitter
forgot to use the enable column feature. I am not up to taking the few
pages apart, but feel the rest of the book is okay and not worthy of
rejecting. Maybe someone would like to tackle the table of contents.
