Bob, I just looked at the books I currently have checked out for proofing.
One of them has page numbers at the bottom of every page. I am not going to
move them, and I'll just see what happens. The next time I upload a book for
approval should be today or tomorrow. As soon as it is added into the
collection, I'll download the braille file to see what it looks like. It has
page numbers at the top of each page, so I will be able to compare both
books once each is in the collection.
