Hello Vanessa:
Thank you andBenetech for the thoughtful gift.
While I received it today, the post office wants me to update my address.
I just tried and failed.
I can log into BookShare, but when I go to the page to change my
address, I'm required to enter my e-mail address and password again.
On that page either my password or e-mail address is not being recognized.
Can someone fix this?

The headphones are a gift of appreciation from Benetech for people who
volunteered in 2015. We're also so sorry if some of the gifts were damaged in
transit. Please email volunteers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to request a new set. We only
have a limited amount left, but are happy to send replacements for broken ones
while supply lasts.
We truly appreciate all the work that each of you contribute to Bookshare. And
if you missed it, we also created an appreciation video that went out to the
volunteer email list in April, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcNvb60rYVM.
Once again, thank you for volunteering your time and helping to make Bookshare
successful.

I don't know how people are able to keep these type of earbugs to stay in
your ear? I never have been able to!

Mine aren't damaged, but boy do they look so so fragile. I'll see how
long they last.

Just got a small package from Bookshare. It had what looked like
earphones or earbuds packed in it. They're damaged. Any ideas on how
to get them replaced?
Thanks.
