No, it won't include notifying validators about approvals and rejections
because what you're talking about is an engineering upgrade, while Janice
and Tom are talking about providing volunteers with better instructions for
volunteering.

Wonderful, Janice. I hope noticing validators of
rejections as well as submitters is among the changes.
That way we'd know if we need to re-scan or can fix
what's wrong and re-submit.
