Is it the quality of the writing or the quality of the scan? Maybe those books
aren't worth being validated? If the scan is as bad as you say, Ann, and the
books aren't that great either, then maybe the books should be rejected and if
someone wants to read them badly enough they should scan them and submit them
in rtf.
