Has anyone else been able to find the chapter page numbers for you? I
didn't have any success when I googled the book either.
Can you put up, or send to me, a PDF file of the chapters' first pages?
maybe I can see or figure out the page numbers If no one is able to get
them for you if you want to mail me the book Is it a paperback? I can send
you a list and ...Wait! Is there a table of contents? that should give you
the page numbers smile I suppose not or yuou wouldn't b asking smile
