I can get page numbers figured out but the chapters begin with just the number
word and it doesn’t always seem to scan.

Has anyone else been able to find the chapter page numbers for you? I didn't
have any success when I googled the book either.
Can you put up, or send to me, a PDF file of the chapters' first pages? maybe
I can see or figure out the page numbers If no one is able to get them for you
if you want to mail me the book Is it a paperback? I can send you a list and
...Wait! Is there a table of contents? that should give you the page numbers
