Hi Tom, The answer to your second question is simplest. Yes, if a word is split over two pages, whether the hyphen is present or not, common practise is to unite the word on one page, generally the page on which it begins. As to your questions about font and proofreading using only Braille, that depends upon what device and software you are using. Can you tell us more about those things so that we can better help you? We do have other proofreaders who use only braille, but the manner in which font information can be acquired will depend upon the hardware and software that you are using. So, tell us what you use to proofread, and we'll help you out. Happy proofreading. In the book I'm currently proofing, there are a number of occurrence where a hyphenated word is obviously divided between print pages, but the hyphens are being omitted either by the scanner or something else. I've been correcting them. Should I? Because if I understand the manual correctly the answer is yes.
