Several years ago a bookshare book, The complete stories of Arthur C. Clarke used to cause the braillenote to just stop (stop everything) about halfway through the book.

I found the offending story on a desktop computer, deleted it and re-loaded the file to the braillenote, and it worked fine. Guess you couldn't call it the "complete" stories of Arthur Clarke anymore, could you?

I have a book like that. I put it on the Victor Stream and it reads a
while. Then it gets to a place where there are a bunch of characters
in it that are just garbage and it shuts down the Stream. To date no
one knows why. I had sent an E-mail to John Glass about it.

I have had no problem with any other book, either unpacking or loading,
and
I have several. All unpack correctly and load into the book port
correctly.
I guess I am just not meant to read this book? sigh!

Hi Dixie,

Hmmm, that's weird. Worked fine here. Are all your other files
unpacking
OK?
