[bksvol-discuss] DRM and the Book Request

Why do I have these subjects in the same topic? Well to cut a long story short--I purchased a DRM-ED copy of an eBook in PDF format. This security makes it completely inaccessible to a screen reader. I'd really appreciate it if anyone would be willing to scan it for me. The book is:
