Cindy, you had better be sure that he has a scanner before you have him
send it to you for proofing. To bob, is it possible for you to scan it
yourself and have Cindy or some other volunteer proof it for you? You
also might mention something about whether it has tables, illustrations
with captions or if there are any markings in it. All of these things
makes some books more difficult to scan than others and some volunteers
are more expert at handling things like that than others.
