Hi, Dave,

I picked up a copy of Catlow today but it's not the
same as your copy. IF we go down to San Diego this
weekend as planned you copy is waiting for me, but my
husband isn't feeling too well at the moment, so
rather than wait for that maybe we can work from this
own.

If you tell me the last line of your page 129 and the
first line of your page 132 I'll send you the missing
text. Is it chapter 19?

What side margins are you using, and what font, and re
you indenting paragraphs or skipping lines, or doesn't
any of that matter?
single spacing between lines or something else?
