Sue, I recall seeing a couple of answers to this question, perhaps they
went to your spam folder. At any rate, you click on the title of the
book you are interested in, which brings up a page with the synopsis and
other information. You navigate down past all of this information, past
the category links, past a link called reading tools, and following that
link is one called book history. If you click on this link, you will
find the history that you are interested in.
