LOL, it doesn't appear that they did. Thanks. I will do that! -Alyssa AIM: FaithsPeace MSN: eternalhope7@xxxxxxxxxxx site: http://lyssas_song.livejournal.com -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mayrie ReNae Sent: Friday, March 06, 2009 11:14 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Bad scan? Hi Alyssa, If the book that you were reading came from the bookshare collection, then I recommend going to the book information page on the Bookshare site and looking for the "report book quality" link. If you use that link, you can report what you've told us to Bookshare staff and they will know and can do something about it. Guess that proofreader didn't actually proofread, did they? A while ago, I downloaded Max Lucado's book Come Thirsty. I started reading it, and everything went beautifully for the first few pages. After that though, things turned upside-down. I am not sure what happened when the book was scanned, but pages appear to be flipped. For instance (and I'm just giving random numbers here), page 10 comes before page 9. I'm not sure if the entire book looks like this, but enough of it did to stop me from reading it since it didn't make much sense. What should be done about this? -Alyssa AIM: FaithsPeace MSN: eternalhope7@xxxxxxxxxxx site: http://lyssas_song.livejournal.com <http://lyssas_song.livejournal.com/> To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx put the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
