Mickey,
I have just checked the Witch book and page 116 is misnumbered 126. The
next page is 117 and continues on in the correct order. There is a
transition on page 117 but there is nothing missing. There is a page 126
with completely different text. The page after 115 is the correct page with
the correct text, but the incorrectly scanned page number.
