Monica's suggestion is a good one. SOmewhere, either on the tool bar or, if you look in help, somewhere in word that youc an drag to the coolbar, is something for changing highlight to black, and vice versa. It took me a long time--probbly it was something that someone said here--for me to look for it. Now I have it on the toolbar because for some reason my present OCR is putting words that might bge mis-spelled in green.
