I usually lengthen the side margins first, setting
them at .75. If that doesn't work then I lengthen the
document length. I set the font size and type to 10 or
12, most often courier because somewhere I heard that
that bookshare books are usually in courier 10. If I
need to enlarge the font to read, which I usually do,
I set the magnification to whatever I need to read it
easily and catch all the spacing and punctuation. It
doesn't change margin or length settings.
