[bksvol-discuss] More about soft page breaks and page length agreeing with the book

I've noticed that some books scan with a line space
between paragraphs. When there is a lot of dialogue on
the page, I've found that that makes the page longer
than in the book, so the first thing I do is close
those spaces and indent paragraphs. When there was a
discussion here a while ago about what people
preferred, most said they preferred paragraphs without
the space between, so I do that all the time now--not
skip spaces between but indent.
