I just submitted Ivan and the Star of David by Myrna Grant.
Long Synopsis:
This summary of the book is taken from the Back Cover:
"Ivan Nazaroff meets a beautiful young [Jewish] girl whose family is being
closely watched and sometimes questioned by the police. Julia Devenko confides
to Ivan that they are believers in God. Yet none of the other Christians know
them. Ivan soon finds himself deeply involved in a dangerous battle of wits
with the police. Once again Ivan's faith is put to the test as he takes great
risks to help his new friend."
Comments:
I read and prevalidated the book. I spell checked the file, checked the
Russian names against the print version, and to my knowledge have corrected all
the errors. The book is 142 short pages including a few illustrations. The
pages are numbered on the bottom and the headers have been removed. The author
and copyright holder are different.
This book should be an easy validation since I think that I have corrected
all the errors. The validator will enjoy this beautiful story of how people who
are different can accept and love one another.
