Ok gang, I need some help. I'm stuck in a loop of not knowing what to do.
I have a book submitted by Brian Miller called "Broken trust : greed,
mismanagement & political manipulation at America's largest charitable
trust." The main text of the book is pretty readable, but there are a lot
of stray junk characters. Complicating this is the fact that the book
contains hundreds of Hawaiian names, places, and words. Some of these
have an apostrophe in the middle. I have no clue about whether these are
supposed to be there. My spellchecker seems almost useless with this
book. Should I release this and hope someone from Hawaii or who has a
print copy of the book comes along and works on it? Or is this a
candidate for a reject and rescan? I welcome any ideas you're able to
share.
