Hi all,

I’m going to be scanning in a book using the KNFB reader. It’s difficult for me to get a clean scan because I have a physical disability that makes it difficult for the phone to take a whole picture of the page. I think I’ve figured out a way for me to scan the book but I need a sighted validator to tell me if it matches what is in the printed addition.

I have two questions in regards to this matter. Firstly, am I discriminating against those of us that are blind by asking for a sighted person when I have access to K1000? If not, do you think it would be okay if I did one book for a sighted volunteer and one for a blind volunteer?

Thanks,

Jess
