My original post said I thought Crash was bringing his son to the feeders, but yesterday I got a better look and better pictures and the baby RB Woodpecker with him yesterday is a female. Didn't think I was wrong about the male baby though and sure enough this morning, BOTH babies showed up on the tree together! Nice to know my eyes are not totally shot yet.
