We were out at the high spot from 4 to 4:45 pm. cst.
Nothing for awhile but by 4:30 we had 3 Northern Harriers with one fairly close 
fly by.
While we were leaving there it was 50 ft. from the road not far from the Fish 
and Wildlife complex. It was getting dark but a close Short-eared Owl! It was 
still perched as we slowly drove off.
