[birdky] Ringed turtle-dove

My first ever Ringed Turtle-dove was in my yard for several minutes today. So
exciting! I think what drew my attention to the bird was that it looked
"heavier" that the usual doves, so put the binoculars on it & was very
surprised to see the ring on the back of the neck.
