We located the bird a few minutes ago. At first, on the right side of the road through the pines. It was silently searching up and down a pine trunk. It stopped and preened for a bit, which let us take some quick pictures. It then searched around some more and then flew across the road to the left stand of pines. It isn't calling much right now, and we have not found it again (yet). To reach the area: As you come to the end of Kentucky Dam headed west, follow the sign right to the Kentucky Sheriffs' Boys and Girls Ranch. Then immediate left at the next sign. Very short drive, then turn right just before the sign over the road into the actual ranch. The pines are then on the left and right sides of the road in a hundred yards or so. -----Original Message----- From: Ben Yandell <by@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 09 May 2008 18:51:44 To:birdky <birdky@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [birdky] RBA.
