Three pine warblers were taking advantage of the suet this afternoon. Two were males and the other a female. The males have been singing the past few days so I expected to see them at the feeder, especially as this "blizzard thing" moves into the state. The birds were not too afraid of me as I stood about 6 feet away from the suet as they fed one at a time. I should plant some pine trees in the yard just to provide some longterm habitat for these incredible birds. Scott Freidhof Rowan County
