Eddie Huber just called to report what appears to be a Northern Shrike
at the Melco flood retention basin in Jefferson County! You may recall
that access to this site is restricted, but as long as Eddie or some
other birders are out there, the gate should be unlocked. I suspect
there will be a few folks around some of the afternoon.
