Kites are both currently present at 711 Tom Lane Road, circling and feeding
over trees on south side of road. Just started raining, so they may
disappear soon.

Keep in mind that S-t Kites are virtually impossible to find unless the
weather is conducive to foraging, so if weather closes in with storms or
low clouds, they likely will not be viewable. Tomorrow's weather sounds bad
and there is 30-40% chance of storms this afternoon.
