[birdky] RPT: Long Point waterfowl survey

Received an email this morning with the following waterfowl totals from an
aerial survey by the US Fish and Wildlife Service on 18 December at Reelfoot
NWR (I assume mostly Long Point): Mallards: 18,438; Ringnecks: 650;
Shoveler: 36; Gadwall: 136; Pintail: 260; White-fronted Geese 3,000; Snow
Geese 240; Canada Geese 432; Bald Eagles: 4 adults and 4 immatures.
