As I was passing the Potter's Nursery on US 60 today, I saw a white bird fly across the road and land in their lot. It was easy for me to turn in there, so I pulled over to get a look. What I found was an almost pure white American Robin perched on a log on their woodpile. I had my camera with me, so I snapped a couple of shots. The bird's feathers appeared to be almost entirely white, with just a few light gray steaks on the head and tail. The bill was black at the tip, fading to pale gray at the base, and the legs were pale pink turning to light gray at the toes. Really a gorgeous bird!
