We arrived at S-2 at 4:50 pm. The wx was good, a little windy. Harriers were active, but we did not see our first Short Ear until 5:30. Total of 5 Short Ears and many Harriers. On the drive to the high spot at S-2 as we passed Goose Lake we noticed one white bird mixed in with the Canadian Geese. Believe this was either a Ross's Goose or a Snow Goose, probably a Ross because of its small size.
