The dam gates are completely open and fossil beds are flooded. Everything is
currently underwater including the fixed weir wall across from the observation
center, so no perching areas for eagle, falcon....., cormorants, or gulls.
Waterfowl and gulls may be more dispersed, or concentrated upstream.
