The Motherlode is right.
Lucky you. Guess it means keep on keeping on.

No Golden-winged Warbler, sadly, but I thought I'd had a nice morning
birding the Lexington Cemetery and was starting to head back to the car
to leave when I found the motherlode.
A small dead tree.
Not the place I normally look for warblers, but this tree was surrounded
by clouds of some slow-flying insect. I think they may have been
swarming termites, but I'm not sure. At any rate, birds evidently found
them tasty and easy catching. Within the first five minutes I had the
following birds, all in this one tree that can't have been much more
than 20' tall:
1 Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher
3 Red-eyed Vireos
3 Cape May Warblers
1 Northern Parula
2 Magnolia Warblers
1 Yellow Warbler
1 Chestnut-sided Warbler
2 Blackpoll Warblers
2 Palm Warblers
3 Yellow-rumped Warblers
1 Black-throated Green Warbler
1 Summer Tanager
1 Mourning Dove
All of them were hawking insects from the tree. Well, except the
Mourning Dove that was somehow sleeping through the commotion.
I think that might be about the best warbler watching I've done. No
craning up to see things in a tree canopy. No leaves getting in the way.
Just lots of warblers close enough to get decent looks at even without
binoculars.
