Hi,
I did some birding on the Honker Trail in Land Between The Lakes yesterday in
the late afternoon. There were lots of birds out and singing. Some of the
highlights were:
- Osprey - Common Yellowthroat (FOS)- Prairie Warbler (FOS)
- Black-throated Blue Warbler (FOS)- Scarlet Tanager- Prothonotary Warbler
(many)- Northern Parula (many)- Yellow-throated Warbler (many)- Red-eyed Vireo-
White-eyed Vireo- Louisiana Waterthrush- Wood Duck
Also, I wasn't there and didn't get to see them, but my co-workers at the
Nature Station said that there were several Rose-breasted Grosbeaks at the
feeders there this week.
