Hello All:
I just wanted to let you know that the Southeast Partners in Flight meeting
website has been updated to include agenda information for McAllen, TX
meeting. Keep in mind that the block of rooms at the conference hotel is
reserved until February 8th. Please be sure to mention you are with the
Southeast Partners in Flight conference when making hotel reservations, as
it will help us meet a minimum 'rooms reserved' threshold which will waive
fees for expensive conference rooms. This is VERY important and was one
reason we were able to keep registration fees at a reasonable level.

There will be a Poster Session and Silent Auction benefitting Optics for the
Tropics during the meeting, so please bring an item to donate.
