[birdky] Cooper's Hawk behavior question

Yesterday afternoon, a redtail-sized juvenile Cooper's came soaring into my
backyard whilst calling all the way. This afternoon, an almost-crow-sized
Cooper's (outline only, couldn't see color/age) did the same thing in the
same general area. Do they do this around a nest? If not.. then what does
this mean, if anything?
