What a great way to start the morning! On our daily walk down Old Westport Road a coyote ran across the road, crossed a field, and went over the hill on Brainard's farm. It's special to see this animal in our urban area. Birding in our woods this morning produced a Redstart, Chestnut-sided Warbler, a Magnolia Warbler, a Yellow-breasted Chat, Least Flycatchers, Pewees, and House Wrens.
