What a great morning to be outside. We walked an untraveled road into the north side of Mammoth Cave N.P., then headed down to the Wax campground at Nolin River Lake. This was the last weekend for campers, so we'll have the place to ourselves from now until May. :) We found a previously-undiscovered family of red-headed woodpeckers at the first location...several adults and juveniles flying around. There was a nice mix of migrants among the regulars.
