Mary Yandell and I went to look for the Bewick's Wren at Blue Licks Battefield State Park Lodge today. We went to the front of and between rooms 104 and 105 and found a nesting box that was below the walk area that goes to the rooms from the parking lot. In my opinion what we saw was a Carolina Wren. It appears to me to have a fair amount of buff to its breast. The nest consisted of mostly dead leaves. We also heard it call once and it too was the call of a Carolina. I took some photos so if anyone would like to see them I can e-mail them to you.
