[birdky] Bald Eagle

I just left Jacobson Park after watching a first year Bald Eagle. If anyone's
interested, it's perched at the top of one of the larger trees on the opposite
side from the park near the first green of the golf course (I remember it from
my pre-birding days when I golfed a little). Bring a scope if you've got one.
