We have a walk scheduled for this Saturday out at Spindletop. We will be
meeting
at 8:00 AM at the McDonald's by Newtown Pike and the Interstate. We will be in
the overflow parking lot on the other side of McDonald's from Newtown Pike.
We also have an outing planned to Muscatatuck NWR on Sunday 11/21. We will be
meeting at the Bakhaus Building at 1500 Leestown Rd. Please call Terri Koontz

The Christmas Bird Count is quickly approaching and we are looking for people
who want to participate. We have need for people to canvas areas as well as
people who are willing to feeder watch (provided you ar within the count
circle). If you are interested please contact David Lang at
de_lang@bellsouth,net or 502-867-1118. He will need to know how you want to
participate, your birding level and contact information including email address
and phone number(s).
If you have participated in the past and plan on doing so again, please let me
know what area you covered last year and if you are planning on covering the
same area again.
I also need to know if you participated last year and are not planning on
participating this year so that we can get someone else to cover the area.
