The numbers are adding up on Kentucky Merlins this winter. I was lucky to
find this one while walking on the farm property where I live. The location
is not near any other Lexington sightings.
The distant photo was taken at 400 mm and the other photos are all heavily
cropped so you can imagine how tiny this bird was with the naked eye.
