I'm sorry it took long to respond. I tend to prcrastinate bad news in
avoidance of internal dissonance. (I'm still working on that).
Jean and I are out of town on the 8th. We also have a wedding, I believe at
the week-end of the 28th.
I mentioned that I was (and still am for E-storm) founding board member for
MVMRUG, WRVSEUG and E-STORM. All three groups elected not to meet during
summer months because of this challenge. By the way - I did not vote for
the not meeting during the summer issue.
I still owe the group a least common denominator. Although I pretty much
know my 'minimums' or LCD, I am trying to word it carefully. This could
exclude me. But, early exclusion may not be a bad thing if the group is
going in a direction different than my dreams. So, I'm not worried either
way and hope this facilitates faster movement. I also have contacted
someone who organized one of these for their family only (limited to their
family). I would like to talk to them because I have heard they had
signficant issues afterwards.

Dear friends,
I realized last night that I stated we have a July 8 meeting
scheduled because that sticks to our everyother week schedule and ,
as such, what some of us already had reserved on our calenders.
Please let us know ASAP who can make the meeting, if the 8th is
feasible. If it's not we don't want to tie up the day for a couple of
people, but we really do need to keep meeting through the summer.
Looking ahead, Kip and I will not be able to host or be at
any meetings the weekend of July 22-24. Would someone else like to
host? Will other people be available or would we like to meet on a
weekday evening or the following weekend? Please supply some feedback
through us or through the freelists server.
I sent out my vision statement last night and am looking
forward to recieving others. In terms of meetings, I am re-extending
the invitation for others to submit items for discussion and to take
a turn at hosting or facilitating a meeting (or more.)
Please send feedback about meeting dates ASAP.
