[beports] m4 and coreutils

I attempted to get m4 and coreutils going but they both have an issue
during make with fpurge.c. I assume that I might need to have the
latest gnulib installed to get past this? Or is this caused by
something else? See the port log entries for m4 for more details on
the make failure.
